As a headhunter, I no doubt, like many others, prefer to work with my candidates (clients less so) exclusively. However, I will not stop my candidates from entertaining new opportunities or speaking with other people.
In today's Daily DANDAN, I go through the reasons why:
1. Exclusivity (under the right circumstances) benefits everyone.
2. You're entitled to candidate rights and protection.
3. You still have power in the recruitment process.
